SCA Landscapes installs in-lite, the low-voltage garden lighting system designed and made in the Netherlands. It is one of the few landscaping companies in Berkshire and Leicestershire to offer it.

in-lite runs at 12 volts from a transformer that plugs into an ordinary outdoor socket, so there is no mains cabling to trench in and no electrician needed for the fittings. Fittings clip onto the cable with Easy-Lock connectors, so lights can be added or moved later without digging up the garden. The SMART hub puts the lighting on your phone: separate zones, timers and scenes. Every fitting has a five-year warranty.

The range covers recessed lights for paving and steps, LED strips for the edges of patios, walls and decking, spotlights and pendants for pergolas and outdoor kitchens, and uplighters for trees and planting. We normally specify warm white.

Lighting is at its best when it is planned into a new patio or garden, so ask about it at the design stage. Because in-lite is low voltage it can also be added to a finished garden with little disruption.

We also cover Market Harborough, Oakham, Stamford and Rutland from our Market Harborough base.

Scott and his team worked incredibly hard during our project. They were so friendly, professional, hard working, considerate as well as tidy and approachable. They completely gutted the garden, organised everything from start to finish, relaid soil and turf and made new flower beds too. We are blown away with the garden transformation and absolutely love it.

Communication was brilliant throughout. They finished the job in two weeks to an impeccable standard. I couldn't be happier with the result.

SCA did an excellent job replacing my old patio with a sandstone slabbed area. Scott is a friendly chap with many ideas on how to make the most of a space. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I have also spotted him working with Charlie Dimmock on Garden Rescue several times!

Scott and his team at SCA were fantastic. The quote was below what I had budgeted, they finished ahead of time and the patio was a better finish than I thought possible for that price. Definitely using SCA again.
